Our Team

Dr. Jaimeson Hofkes was born and raised in Wisconsin, and he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Shortly after graduation he moved to Southern California to pursue the beginning stages of his dental career attending the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.
Thirsty for knowledge Dr. Jaimeson Hofkes gained invaluable experience and training at two well-respected educational hospitals: Montefiore Medical Center which is part of the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Bronx, New York and West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, an extension of UCLA. Being able to help patients in the underserved communities of the Bronx and the veterans of this country has been one of the greatest experiences of Dr. Hofkes career.
Now having been immersed in private practice for some time, Dr. Jaimeson Hofkes is excited to build a dental practice that strives to bring together his Midwest values with his invaluable training and experiences to provide the highest quality of care.

Dr. Vivian Yin was born in Nevada. She grew up surrounded by a caring and loving family, and she has deeply rooted family values that she carries with her and cherishes to this day. After attending college at Nevada Reno, she began her journey in dentistry at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.
Eager to expand and enrich her dental knowledge, Dr. Vivian Yin received extensive and invaluable training at two well-respected educational hospitals: Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, an extension of Cornell University and West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, an extension of UCLA. These experiences have allowed Dr. Vivian Yin to make a difference in countless lives in both the underserved communities in Brooklyn and also the community of veterans at the Veterans Hospital.
Dr. Vivian Yin is looking forward to combining her unique talents and experiences with her family values to shape a practice that not only embodies these qualities, but that goes above and beyond to ensure that patients feel like they are part of our dental family.

-
Exam & Cleanings
Great oral health starts here, with a dental exam. Based on this initial exam, your dentist will create your customized dental treatment plan, which will be a guide for you and your dental team going forward in order to give you a healthy mouth.
-
Whitening
Many people are satisfied with the sparkle they get from brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, flossing once a day, and getting regular cleanings at the dentist’s office. However, if you decide you would like to go beyond regular care to make your smile look brighter, we offer several options to help make sure your smile is as bright as possible.
-
Fillings
Dental fillings are a treatment option to help restore the function and appearance of a tooth that is damaged or decayed. Dental fillings are most commonly used to treat a cavity. Having a tooth “filled” is a very common procedure and can be completed in one appointment at the office.
-
Crowns & Bridges
A dental crown is a type of dental restoration and serves as a component in many different types of restorative treatments. Dental crowns are also known as “caps,” as they fit on top of existing teeth or over dental implants. Dental crowns are most often made of porcelain, a material that is both strong and non-porous (thus more resistant to staining like tooth enamel), and reflects light in much the same way as a natural tooth.
-
Root Canals
Root canal treatment is a treatment option available to “save” a tooth that has sustained damage, inflammation, or infection in the pulp, deep inside the tooth. Put simply, the damaged internal sections are removed from your tooth and replaced with material to seal the tooth. In most cases a crown is placed over the tooth to protect it from further decay and damage.
-
Extractions
A Tooth extraction, put simply, is the removal of a tooth from the mouth. Dental extractions are most often performed because a tooth has sustained damage or decay, or cannot be saved by Root Canal treatment, or to prepare for the placement of a Dental Implant. Advanced gum disease may be another contributing factor in a tooth extraction.
-
Veneers
A veneer is a very thin, tooth-coloured piece of porcelain (like a false finger nail) that is bonded on top of your own tooth.
-
Dental Implants
Dental implants are the closest possible alternative to actual tooth replacement. With proper care, maintenance, and regular checkup visits with your dentist, dental implants are designed to last for life.
-
Partials & Dentures
Affordable Dentures are offered in a variety of denture styles that include full and partial dentures. Our experienced staff will help you find the best match for your needs.
-
Mandibular Advancement Devices
Mandibular Advancement Devices for obstructive sleep apnea are often used as a substitute for CPAP or sleep apnea oral surgery. Sleep apnea mouth guards can also help prevent snoring by reducing airway turbulence. Snoring is usually an underlying symptom of obstructive sleep apnea.
Mandibular Advancement Devices work by moving the jaw forward, which increases the size of the upper airway, thus reducing the air resistance that leads to sleep apnea and snoring.
It is important that you visit a medical doctor to receive a proper diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea before seeking a mandibular advancement device.
-
Invisalign
Designed for both teens and adults, Invisalign clear aligners transform smiles and lives. Teens reveal their best smile through a unique treatment developed just for them, while adults get the smile they’ve always imagined without putting their lives on hold.
